Harmattan Skin
*Not sure if I got the spelling correct*
Hello dears,
It is that time of the year again o, lip cracking, skin ashing and the sort but I came prepared and I want you to be prepared as well hence, this article.
So get your pen, paper and water (stay hydrated fam) and let’s get right into it.
Now the target audience for this article are people who live in traditional homes and by that I mean, the kind of homes where you must do house chores irrespective of your age, accomplishments or certificates. If you don't belong to this group, that's okay, choose what works for you and leave the rest.
Goal: Boycott cracked lips and ashy skin.
• The minute you wake up, drink water and apply petroleum jelly on your lips, why? Water helps you stay hydrated and we don’t want crack lips do we?
• Remove your night wear and put on a separate cloth for house work, I mean we are living in our parents house that doesn’t mean we should act anyhow. Stay classy.
• Remember to drink water in between house chores, dem fit kee you o.
• I would have said plan what you want to do the day prior but you know our parents now, they don’t have to-do list. So go with the flow.
• After house chores, don’t go and lie down o. Resist the urge to lie down.
• Go and have your bath, use lukewarm water, it’s the best.
• After Bathing, don’t dry your body completely, apply your body cream + any body oil. Be generous with it.
• Dress according to weather.
• Don’t forget to drink water intermittently and keep applying petroleum jelly.
• Don’t forget to have a lovely day.
P.S: Biko, brush your teeth. T for thanks and L for Love you, not me, God.
