Seek Help.

The scene opens up to a well-lit room with clothes on the floor, the occupant seems to be in a foul mood with a miserable look.

Ada: *sobs* I need help, I can’t take this anymore, I fear I will wake up one morning and decide to take my own life. Help!!!

Most of us are like Ada, we know we need help but we are scared to ask for help. Probably because we have been groomed to think seeing a therapist is for the weak ( what is wrong with being weak?) Or we don’t know how to go about it, whichever one it is planning to seek help is different from seeking help it’s like plowing a piece of land but never planting anything.

Riddle me this; there are 6 lizards on the wall and 4 decides to jump, how many are remaining???

Planning doesn’t equate to receiving help. You can plan all you want but if you don’t do the work you will be exactly where you are two months ago or worse.
So get up and take action. Book a session with a therapist, talk to a friend, and if you can’t afford one you can start keeping a journal.
I will discuss about keeping a journal in my next article, until you hear from me again, Keep being amazing.

Answer: 6 lizards are remaining. Until you put your decision into actionable steps and start doing them, they will just be decisions.
