A not-to-do-list.

You may ask what a not-to-do list is, but a better way of rephrasing that question is; what activities steal your time?

Time is the only commodity we deal with which cannot be counterfeited, stolen, or placed in inventory. Remember, time is irreplaceable. — Zig Ziglar

You have written down a list of activities/goals you would want to achieve today, that’s a great move. Bravo! But there are blind spots that must be eliminated, which is why you need a not-to-do list.

What happens to those activities that steal your time? They may be minute, teeny tiny activities that go unnoticed.

For instance, you may spend more time than necessary inside your toilet/bathroom, uncontrolled use of your TV, unnecessary gossiping, worrying, overthinking, etc.

You know them better than I do. For me, it’s doom scrolling on social media. It could be something else for you.

Here is what you should do;
1. Make a list of unnecessary day-to-day activities/distractions.
2. Avoid them or move them to a later time.

There you have it. It’s very easy to make a not-to-do list. If you can do this, it will help you invest more time into the most important activities contributing to your growth. So what are you adding to your not-to-do list today? I am curious.

If you are interested in optimizing your mornings, this article will help you.

Happy New Month Guys. Thank you for rocking with me, you all are the best.
